Mili Bees Honey
Mili Bees is a small family owned and operated business in Sydney. Self taught beekeepers who are committed to ensuring that anything that comes out of our hives is used with integrity and nothing is wasted. We create handmade products; gifts and candles, as well as honey and honeycomb. We offer customized gifts and our attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile will ensure your experience shopping with us is nothing short of perfect. Our products are proudly made with only bare, basic, natural ingredients. We do not add any additives or preservatives to our candles or lip balms and our honey is raw and unpasteurized. We run 29 beehives, which are located throughout Sydney. We keep European Honey Bees; Italian variety. In the peak of summer, this amounts to around 300,000 bees.

Prepare your taste buds for a luxury honey experience. Mili Bees Creamed Honey is a brand new way to enjoy our unique and delicious honey. We have created a specially selected 'starter' creamed honey and introduced this to our honey to start the crystallisation process in a controlled way. The end product is a velvety smooth creamy version of our honey. It is is perfect on hot toast of a cold morning, to sooth a sore winter throat or straight from the jar; spoonful after spoonful.

Raw, pure, unpasturised, cold extracted, fresh Sydney Honey! Created by our army of bees which are located in various spots throughout Sydney and extracted without the application of any heat to preserve the flavour and texture. Triple filtered to remove any wax particles knocked loose during the extracting process, this is the only processing we do to ensure the honey is as pure as when the bees created it and stored it away. This honey is multi-floral in origin so the flavor and color of the honey will change with the seasons. We find that as the season progresses, we go from a light golden color to a dark amber by the end of April.

All natural honeycomb. Our honeycomb is created in special bee supers (bee boxes specially made for honeycomb), is all natural and packaged with minimal handling. The bees build out the comb with wax, building little hexagonal storage spaces, fill them with honey and when it is perfectly ready, they cover each individual cell with wax to preserve the honey. This honeycomb goes great on a cheese platter but can be used in any situation you would use liquid honey such as on muesli, on cereals, toast, crumpets, pancakes, in desserts, marinades and salads. The options are limitless.
